Roberto Navarrete began his business in 1980. Since then, Roberto’s Backhoe Service, Inc. has become a leader in dirt construction and general oilfield services in West Texas. Experience and a strong work ethic form the foundation of this successful business.
Roberto’s relies on experienced operators who are under the command of our dirt construction foreman, Leroy Salinas, and his right-hand man, Eulalio “Lalo” Alvarez.
Mr. Salinas has been an asset to this company since 1982 and is well known for his expertise in this industry.
Mr. Alvarez lends his years of experience as dozer operator & dirt contractor as an addition to our team. Roberto’s strives to deliver safe and efficient work to meet our customer’s needs and expectations.
